Why the podcast exists
This work shouldn’t feel isolating
The BC(BAes) Podcast is a space for honest conversations about behavior, burnout, ethics, and the human side of this work. We created it because being in this field, and in life, shouldn’t feel isolating.

Two BCBAs, one household
We’re married and both Board Certified Behavior Analysts, so you get two perspectives on the same principle, and sometimes on the same kid.

We test ideas against real life: would this work in a session, at home, and on a tired day? That’s the Real-Life Test.
